Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar field.
• 12+ years of omni-channel marketing, commercial strategy, and revenue growth in hardware-intensive environments.
• Proven experience in building and scaling dealer networks and B2B sales channels.
• Ability to bridge technical concepts to market value and revenue opportunities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across global markets.
• Strong data analytics, KPI dashboards, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish commercial infrastructure for the Landscaping division from the ground up.
• Drive dealer and partner network expansion across the U.S., including Deere alignment.
• Lead GTM execution for integrated robotic platforms and Scythe technology.
• Execute consultative sales and partner enablement with landscapers and regional dealers.
• Manage regional budgets, cross-channel investments, and key partnerships.
• Translate complex innovations into market value and revenue opportunities.
• Advise executives on expansion roadmaps and position ASI Robotics as a market leader.
