Job summary

Enterprise Advisors, the mission-based consultancy of Enterprise, focuses on delivering advisory services in partnership with Federal agencies, local governments, and nonprofit organizations to advance housing and community development. This role leads the Incubation and Trends practice with a focus on land use and zoning, leveraging data and mapping to drive housing supply and equity outcomes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Significant experience in land use, zoning, and housing policy.
• Proficiency with geospatial analysis, data modeling, and mapping software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of land use and zoning projects and staff.
• Serve as subject matter expert on land use, zoning, and emerging trends.
• Develop strategy, goals, and priorities for the team and projects.
• Cultivate business development opportunities with public, private, and philanthropic partners.
• Provide advisory services to advance place-based housing solutions with local governments.
• Supervise 2-4 staff members.
• Lead geospatial data collection, integration, and analysis for project objectives.
• Oversee market studies using Census, PUMS, CoStar and similar data sources.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure alignment with Enterprise’s mission.
• Travel to out-of-town assignments and team meetings as required.
