Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the Labor Relations function and represent NRDC in collective bargaining.
• Oversee Employee Relations matters, ensuring consistent practices.
• Serve as subject matter expert for policy interpretation and updates.
• Stay updated on labor laws and share recommendations with stakeholders.
