Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Laboratory Services and Pathology administrator to oversee the laboratory's administrative functions, budgets, staffing, and compliance, driving performance and quality across general laboratory, pathology, blood bank and outreach.

The role partners with medical leadership, develops procedures, and leads Kronos timekeeping, safety programs, and regulatory reporting, while supporting cost efficiencies and strategic growth of lab service lines.

Competenze

• BS in health-related field with advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory leadership experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of laboratory functions and compliance.

Mansioni

• Oversee administrative function of the laboratory including budgets for general lab, pathology, blood bank and outreach.
• Determine staffing levels and actions based on workflow and productivity.
• Participate in evaluation and purchasing of lab equipment with leadership.
• Ensure accreditation criteria are met and participate in quality control and compliance programs.
• Lead safety, policy development, and regulatory reporting across the department.
