Job summary

AHMC HealthCare in California seeks a Director of Lab/Pathology Services to oversee the Laboratory Department, aligning operations with the center's mission and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license.
• Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years' management experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the department's policies and procedures as mandated by The Joint Commission and other regulating agencies.

Job description
