Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license.
• Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years' management experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the department's policies and procedures as mandated by The Joint Commission and other regulating agencies.
• Assume responsibility for implementing the medical center's mission, goals and objectives.
• Provide overall leadership and administration of Lab/Pathology Services to ensure quality, safety and compliance.
