Job summary

You will build and execute the firm's KM and innovation strategy, manage a multidisciplinary team of Knowledge Lawyers, Innovation Managers, and Knowledge Engineers, and drive initiatives across matter intelligence, precedent management, and practice

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and significant experience practicing law within a major law firm, corporate legal department, or government legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the firmwide Knowledge Management & Innovation strategy with long-term vision.
• Collaborate with leadership to align KM & Innovation initiatives with strategic, operational, and client goals.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to adoption, efficiency, and knowledge utilization, with regular reporting.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team across multiple offices.
• Foster collaboration and drive adoption of modern legal tech and processes firm-wide.
