Qualifications

• J.D. with at least three years of relevant legal or professional experience; prior judicial clerkship preferred.
• Excellent counseling, advising, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with students, faculty, alumni, judges, and professionals.
• Experience providing career counseling to law students or attorneys is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel Day Division students on career exploration, paths, networking, and interview prep.
• Provide academic counseling on programs of study, graduation requirements, and course selection.
• Oversee judicial clerkship advising, workshops, and letter processes; track outcomes.
• Develop relationships with judges, chambers, alumni, and professional organizations.
• Coordinate Cannataro Summer Judicial Fellows Program and funding opportunities.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for program outcomes.
