Scarinci Hollenbeck in Little Falls, NJ seeks an IT Director to lead strategic IT initiatives and operations. The role reports to the CEO and drives technology alignment with business goals, ensuring reliable day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities include defining the IT strategy, managing budgets, overseeing security, and leading a team toward high availability across hybrid environments. In-office with monthly travel, full-time exempt position.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT vision, strategy, and roadmap to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities to leverage technology and improve performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors/service providers.
• Oversee vendor management, including selection, contract, performance monitoring, renewals, and alignment with budget.
• Develop and manage the IT department budget for cost-effective resource use.
• Lead, mentor, and manage IT staff with performance management and development.
• Monitor IT projects, resource utilization, and operational performance for exec leadership.
• Oversee design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of IT systems: on-prem and cloud, hybrid environments, networks, telecommunication, VoIP.
