About the Department: Our Enterprise IT team manages internal infrastructure, enterprise applications, and end-user support, focusing on scalable, automated processes in a high-growth environment.

Role Overview: We seek a seasoned leader to head our IT Operations and Infrastructure. You will oversee teams designing, building, and optimizing cloud infrastructure, end-user devices, and asset management, enhancing operational efficiency and resilience.

Responsibilities:

1. Define a strategic vision for IT Infrastructure and Operations, setting objectives aligned with organizational goals and emerging technologies.
2. Promote a culture of operational excellence and automation, managing cloud and on-premises applications using CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code.
3. Maintain reliable core infrastructure and network services with modern observability tools, establishing SLOs and automated monitoring.
4. Create comprehensive runbooks and documentation for efficient operations and troubleshooting.
5. Lead engineering teams managing physical and virtual asset onboarding and lifecycle.
6. Design and implement a resilient multi-cloud architecture leveraging Cloudflare’s products.
7. Automate workflows for endpoint provisioning and management, reducing user friction.
8. Partner with Security and Compliance teams to ensure endpoint security and compliance, integrating with identity solutions.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate user onboarding and offboarding processes.
10. Work closely with Devtools, Engineering, and Platform teams to support Go-To-Market initiatives.
11. Partner with stakeholders to scope and deliver cross-functional projects.
12. Serve as the escalation point for operational issues.
13. Participate in on-call support rotations as needed.

Requirements:

• 7-10+ years managing enterprise cloud and endpoint infrastructure, with expertise in observability, SDLC, and security.
• 3-5+ years of strategic leadership in enterprise process automation and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, etc.) and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with build-deploy pipelines and multi-environment deployment practices.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies; certifications preferred.
• Moderate to advanced programming skills (Python, Golang, Bash).
• Ability to extend functionality of endpoint management products (JAMF, Intune, Google).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Prior management experience with enterprise engineering teams.
