Job summary

Envista is seeking a Director of IT Integration to unify and optimize our enterprise integration landscape. You will lead API-led connectivity across MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, and Oracle SOA, driving governance, strategy, and scalable solutions for digital transformation.

You will manage a team of internal and outsourced specialists, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and champion best practices in security, compliance, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field; Master’s a plus.
• 10+ years of IT integration, middleware, or enterprise architecture roles, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft and/or related integration platforms; familiarity with SAP PI/PO and Oracle SOA.
• Proven ability to govern integration architecture, APIs, ETL, and data security at scale.
• Experience leading outsourced/offshore teams and cross-functional collaborations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive integration strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Drive expansion and maturity of the MuleSoft integration platform with governance models and reusable assets.
• Oversee all integration platforms (MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Oracle SOA) for availability, performance, and security.
• Prioritize and manage a portfolio of integration projects delivering business value.
• Lead integration architecture design using APIs, middleware, ETL, and event-driven patterns.
• Manage, mentor, and grow internal and outsourced integration teams.
• Collaborate with ERP, CRM, Digital, Infrastructure, Security, and other stakeholders.
• Engage with vendors to augment capabilities and stay current on best practices.
• Monitor and improve processes with API-led connectivity and CI/CD for integrations.
