Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation seeks a Director of IT Integration to lead the enterprise integration landscape, focusing on MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, and Oracle SOA. You will architect, govern, and drive scalable API-led connectivity across the organization.

You will manage a team of internal and outsourced specialists, collaborate with ERP/CRM and security, and build a Center of Excellence to elevate Envista's digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT integration, middleware, or enterprise architecture, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Oracle SOA and related platforms.
• Experience establishing integration governance, Center of Excellence, and ITIL/Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive integration strategy and roadmap with governance policies.
• Expand and mature the MuleSoft platform with reusable APIs and assets.
• Oversee multiple integration platforms ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
• Prioritize the integration project portfolio aligning with enterprise priorities.
• Lead architecture and design ensuring API, middleware, and ETL integration quality.
• Grow and mentor an internal and outsourced integration team.
