Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an IT Governance, Risk, Compliance and Integration Director to lead enterprise governance, risk management, and cross‑functional technology integration supporting the organization's mission. Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive IT experience.
• Five years leading governance, risk, and policy programs.
• Experience coordinating internal and external audits.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT integration and governance activities across cybersecurity, infrastructure, architecture, data, AI, and business technology.
• Support cybersecurity governance, risk management, and policy oversight with IT leadership.
• Coordinate audit readiness activities and track risks in a risk register.
• Establish, mature, and coordinate governance frameworks, policies, and oversight mechanisms.
