Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project, Inc. is seeking a Director of IT Governance, Risk, Compliance and Integration to lead governance, risk management, and cross-functional integration initiatives that strengthen alignment and operational resilience.

You will partner closely with IT and business leaders to define and mature governance frameworks, manage technology risk, and drive audit readiness in support of WWP's mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT governance, risk, and compliance
• Ability to coordinate across cybersecurity, infrastructure, data and AI domains
• Strong partnership with senior IT and business leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead IT governance, risk, and compliance activities with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate technology risk management and audit readiness efforts
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, standards, and oversight mechanisms
• Coordinate IT performance metrics and reporting to senior leadership and Board
• Plan and manage department-wide budgeting, contracts, and workforce planning
• Facilitate IT change management and executive-level meeting coordination
