Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a strategic financial leader to support AHN's IT transformation, focusing on IT finance, procurement, and vendor management. This role partners with IT and finance leadership to optimize IT investments and drive efficiency.

The position requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a broad understanding of IT finance, contracting, and supply chain. It supports the financial viability and delivery of IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in Finance or related field, with significant IT finance/operations focus.
• 5–7 years in a Management or leadership role.
• Proven IT finance strategy, planning, and analysis experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT procurement, contracting, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT procurement, contracting, and supply chain operations with AHN Finance.
• Develop and execute IT vendor management strategies, including contract negotiation and performance oversight.
• Manage the full IT contract lifecycle with favorable terms and KPI compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT procurement and vendor management processes for cost savings and value.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and risk management to meet regulatory standards.
• Implement governance for IT vendor selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
