Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience with spreadsheets, presentations and data tools.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
• 1 year of Experience with Physician practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops sophisticated financial models to forecast performance, assess risks, and support decision-making.
• Supports monthly close and operational review meetings, including document ownership and providing financial recommendations.
• Supports Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) by analyzing KPIs, preparing dashboards, and modeling revenue/expenses.
• Supports Workforce Management by analyzing labor costs and modeling productivity.
• Analyzes physician incentive compensation to ensure accuracy of contractual payments and supports new compensation modeling.
• Project manages business plans for acquisitions, recruitments, and new programs.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses to track performance across projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
