Job summary

Medical Associates Clinic & Health Plans seeks a Director of Information Technology & Digital Strategy to lead technology strategy and operations. Reporting to CFO, the role directs cybersecurity, data analytics, AI initiatives, and digital transformation to improve patient care and organizational growth.

The ideal candidate balances strategic vision with execution, builds cross-functional partnerships, and guides enterprise roadmaps and budgets to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading multiple technology disciplines and overseeing budgets.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on technology investments, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain an enterprise technology strategy and roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Lead governance, prioritization, and resource allocation for technology initiatives.
• Oversee data management, AI, cybersecurity, and software development to improve patient care and operations.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, disaster recovery, and risk management across the organization.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing technology team and manage budgets.
