Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or creditable experience.
• Minimum 10 years of IP experience with 5+ years at senior manager level.
• Proven ability to lead managers and teams across IP functions.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IP operations, including compliance, process improvements and resource management.
• Lead IP Best Practices initiatives and professional development programs.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal Intelligence, Technology, and practice groups to optimize workflows.
• Manage IP billing structures and drive efficiency in service delivery.
