Job summary

Reprise Financial is seeking a Director, Investor & Securitization Reporting to lead investor and regulatory reporting. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.

Lead reporting for securitizations, warehouse facilities, and investor agreements while strengthening internal controls and driving efficiency across the Accounting & Finance function. Remote work with occasional visits to Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and reporting requirements.
• Experience with securitizations and investor reporting programs.
• Advanced data analysis and Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee investor reporting activities including servicer certificates and portfolio reports.
• Lead securitization and financing facility reporting to meet covenants and deadlines.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance, balances, activity, collateral, and related metrics.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Capital Markets, and Operations to ensure data accuracy.
• Develop controls and reconciliations to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Identify risks and opportunities for process improvements in reporting.
