Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in reporting and accounting for investments.
• Experience in financial services, investment management, insurance, banking, or a regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with investment accounting and related activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of investment-related accounting and financial reporting.
• Manage monthly investment accounting close within established timelines.
• Oversee investment reconciliations, controls, and supporting documentation.
• Provide accounting oversight across a diversified portfolio.
• Partner with internal teams to research and resolve matters.
• Collaborate with external managers and platforms for reporting.
• Identify process improvements to enhance controls and close timelines.
• Develop the investment accounting function as needs evolve.
• Coach and develop accounting team members.
