Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, finance, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years of progressive operations experience, including at least three years leading teams.
• Experience translating demand forecasts and objectives into actionable production, routing, and capacity plans in high-volume environments.
• Ability to identify performance risks, develop recovery plans, and establish governance across boundaries.
• Strong financial and analytical skills evaluating productivity, capacity, service, yield, cost, and tradeoffs.
• Experience partnering with Product/Engineering to develop operational tech and AI-enabled workflows.
• Excellent executive communication and ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the inventory strategy and planning framework for Payer Retrieval and translate demand into operating plans.
• Establish forecasting, segmentation, and prioritization strategies based on commitments, density, yield, and cost.
• Define routing rules across channels considering capacity, cost, and provider behavior.
• Evaluate channel/partner performance and adjust distribution to reduce delays and manual work.
• Monitor performance against commitments; lead recovery for aging or blocked inventory.
• Use scenario planning to assess demand, capacity, and priorities; provide data-backed recommendations.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management to align demand with staffing and capacity plans.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting with inventory and financial targets.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance for inventory health and cost.
• Deliver reporting in partnership with BI/Analytics and translate insights for executives.
• Work with Product/Engineerto refine decision-support capabilities and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with Call Center to segment inventory between human calls and Voice AI.
• Identify and prioritize automation to improve flow and reduce manual work.
• Lead and develop the Inventory Strategy team and advise senior leadership.
