Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in healthcare technology, interoperability, health information exchange, or go-to-market leadership.
• Strong understanding of TEFCA, QHINs, FHIR APIs, ONC requirements, CMS interoperability requirements, information blocking, health information networks.
• Experience defining strategy for healthcare interoperability and market adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy for Oracle Health's interoperability portfolio and GTM.
• Define pricing, packaging, and bundling for interoperability offerings.
• Lead market and competitive analysis across health IT ecosystems.
• Develop positioning, value propositions, and sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, legal, and leadership.
• Define KPIs and operating cadence for adoption and revenue impact.
• Align interoperability strategy with Oracle Health's platform and growth priorities.
