OVERVIEW Emerson College is seeking a Director, International Admissions to provide strategic leadership for international recruitment and admission initiatives. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Admissions, this director role focuses on increasing international enrollment in priority markets while strengthening partnerships and campus collaboration. The position supports institutional goals related to global engagement, international admissions, and student success. The role combines leadership, recruitment strategy, partnership management, and operational oversight. The director will work closely with admissions teams, international student affairs professionals, and external partners to improve international enrollment outcomes and support prospective and enrolled students throughout the admission process.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership for all international recruitment and admission efforts
- Increase international enrollment in priority nation markets
- Lead international recruitment strategies and outreach initiatives
- Supervise international admissions staff

Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of experience in international undergraduate recruiting and admission
- Knowledge of international recruitment strategies
- Experience with credential evaluation
- Knowledge of federal immigration policies, including SEVIS
- Ability to lead international admissions and recruitment efforts
