Nebraska Blue, the BCBSNE career arm, is seeking a Director of Internal Communications to lead the development and execution of our internal communication strategies. You will manage a team, create content across channels, and partner with executives to advance the company’s big-picture objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field, 7+ years of experience, and proven leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, PR, communications, English, marketing or similar area of study.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years leading a team or as a senior individual contributor.
• Superior writing and editing skills with knowledge of AP style.

Aufgaben

• Develop internal and external communication strategies across channels.
• Prepare materials for quarterly board meetings and CEO reports.
• Oversee production of intranet, newsroom articles, videos and social content.
• Plan and execute events and large employee meetings.
• Lead the internal communications team with performance objectives and metrics.
• Collaborate with leaders to meet business objectives and align employment branding.
