This individual will play a key role in evaluating current practices, aligning processes with updated regulatory requirements, and building structured documentation to support long‑term operational consistency. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of casino accounting environments and can quickly step in to assess, design, and deliver high‑quality procedural frameworks.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and document comprehensive standard operating procedures across casino audit functions, including multiple revenue streams
  • Evaluate existing workflows and identify gaps where processes are outdated or no longer aligned with current compliance standards
  • Create structured documentation that clearly outlines audit procedures, controls, and reporting requirements
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure procedures accurately reflect operational realities across departments such as cage and gaming
  • Analyze how financial data and transactions move through the organization to ensure procedures support accurate reporting and reconciliation
  • Incorporate current regulatory guidelines and internal control requirements into all documented processes
  • Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, consistency, and audit readiness across accounting operations
  • Support implementation and refinement of newly developed procedures through collaboration with leadership
