Qualifications

• Proven history of sales leadership.

• College degree in applicable field or 5+ years related experience.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial automation, electrical distribution, or manufacturing technology.
• Proven leadership experience managing a business unit or product line.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with corporate functions and support teams to drive objectives.
• Lead Rockwell Automation ITD Commercial Planning Process and Sales Performance Goals.
• Develop and maintain resource allocation plans for ITD specialist teams.
• Lead region in learning paths for Account Managers, Inside Sales, and ITD Specialists.
• Oversee operational discipline related to the Rockwell Automation ITD portfolio.
• Develop and maintain KPI to drive initiatives and relay progress to teams.
• Engage with strategic customers to uncover needs and develop Rockwell ecosystem solutions.
