Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking an Automation Sales & Services Specialist to drive growth in automation products and software. Based in North/Central Arkansas, you will combine technical expertise with commercial leadership to expand Rockwell Automation offerings with distributors and customers.

You will lead market initiatives, develop territory plans, train account managers, and collaborate with Rockwell Automation and Crawford teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years' experience with Rockwell Automation's products and applications or equivalent experience with competitive products and solutions.
• Ability to create professional proposals from customer specifications and follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the value of Rockwell's portfolio and use outcome-based selling strategies at all customer levels.
• Serve as the driver and business leader of the portfolio offerings.
• Input to annual planning, forecasting, and drive growth in the assigned geography.
• Lead the commercial introduction of new products and services, set business goals and identify customer targets.
