You will lead sales efforts, deliver technical and industry training, and coordinate with inside/outside sales to maximize market share in North/Central Arkansas.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Articulate value of Rockwell’s portfolio to customers at all levels.
• Lead portfolio offerings as the primary driver of growth.
• Input to annual planning, forecasting, and sales strategy in the region.
• Lead commercial introduction of new products and services and coordinate sales.
• Provide training to distributor account managers on core products.
• Advise customers on proposals, pricing, and configurations.
• Collaborate with Crawford and Rockwell teams to sell core products.
• Provide pre-sale and post-sale support.
• Develop account and territory plans and campaigns.
• Interface with Rockwell leadership to address issues and opportunities.
• Produce marketing and sales collateral for the market.
