Job summary

This role will oversee the Digital Health Formulary and partner-driven solutions, driving measurable value and strategic alignment across a matrix of teams including Analytics, Legal, Finance, and Technology.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare strategy, product management, vendor management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience managing complex external partnerships, vendor relationships, portfolios, or large healthcare initiatives.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with ROI evaluation and investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationship and lifecycle management for external clinical vendor partnerships and solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product management and partnership professionals.
• Own Digital Health Formulary strategy, governance, and portfolio management activities.
• Develop multi-year strategies and roadmaps for integrated partnerships aligned to needs.
• Build business cases and investment recommendations for partnership expansion and capabilities.
• Participate in vendor selection, due diligence, and cross-functional evaluation processes.
• Establish vendor performance management with governance, scorecards, and accountability.
• Conduct executive governance meetings and quarterly business reviews.
