Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an experienced enterprise clinical program manager to help launch and grow compliant clinical capabilities across global hubs while protecting patient safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

You will partner with Clinical, Enterprise Strategy, Global Talent, Legal, Compliance, HR, Talent Acquisition, and vendors to move work from strategy to execution with clarity and speed, and to build dashboards, milestones, and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare, clinical operations, transformation, or program management.
• Experience supporting clinical operations, global delivery, shared services, GCC, GBS, BPO, captive, or hub-based work.
• Knowledge of clinical quality, regulatory, licensure, accreditation, privacy, or compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and turn plans into clear actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 20% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Help build and execute the global clinical roadmap and hub operating model.
• Translate wave-based plans into clear action plans and value tracking.
• Coordinate clinical role assessments including licensure and location readiness.
• Prepare submissions through Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Global Role Review processes.
• Support transition planning for clinical and clinical-support work, including vendor engagement and hub readiness.
