Mark Anthony Group seeks a senior leader to head demand planning and IBP, aligning Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will drive forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and manage risk while balancing customer service with financial performance.

You will partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities, resolve constraints, and enable informed business decisions, including developing executive S&OP materials and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DP and IBP roles showing growth and leadership.
• Strong communication skills with executive level presentations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and provide insights to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning and consensus IBP across Sales, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Drive forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency while balancing service and financials.
• Develop executive rollups and S&OP materials for leadership.
