Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced nonprofit fundraiser to lead foundation and government funding efforts in Seattle. You will develop strategies, cultivate funders, and secure major gifts while ensuring grant development, compliance, and timely reporting.

The role requires building relationships with senior leadership and aligning proposals with organizational goals, with a view toward sustainable funding growth.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive non-profit development experience.
• Proficiency in institutional relationship building and frontline fundraising.
• Experience with foundation research, government grant applications and requirements.
• Familiarity with grant fundraising processes, program development, grant writing and grant stewardship.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders including senior leadership to meet proposal and reporting deadlines.
