Qualifications

• 10+ years in alternative asset management.
• 7–10 years in institutional BD, fundraising, or IR.
• Proven track record of raising institutional capital from North American investors.
• Experience with structured/private credit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate institutional fundraising for Obra Capital's investment strategies.
• Originate and develop relationships with pensions, endowments, foundations, family offices, RIAs, and consultants.
• Support the full capital-raising lifecycle across evergreen and closed-end fund structures.
• Develop and execute a regional coverage plan aligned with fundraising objectives.
• Participate in investor meetings, due diligence sessions, conferences, and roadshows.
