Lake Tahoe Community College (LTCC) seeks a Director of Institutional Effectiveness to lead the Institutional Effectiveness office, supervise staff, and oversee data systems, reporting, and evaluation functions. The role drives accreditation support, data quality, and planning for college-wide decision-making.

The successful candidate will advance LTCC’s culture of inquiry, ensure timely, reliable data, and coordinate responsible reporting across state, federal, and accreditation bodies.

Competenze

• Master’s degree and 3+ years in institutional research, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with higher education institutional research, planning, accreditation.
• Knowledge of data governance and reporting requirements.

Mansioni

• Oversee LTCC’s institutional research, data systems, reporting, and evaluation functions.
• Coordinate data reporting for state, federal, accreditation and other agencies.
• Lead the Office of Institutional Effectiveness staff, budget, and goals.
