Dyne Therapeutics seeks a Director of Insights and Analytics to lead market research, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and data analytics. Based in Waltham, MA, you will translate complex data into strategic recommendations, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize go-to-market plans and drive business outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in biotech/pharma analytics, strong leadership, and experience with vendor management and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence, and/or data analytics within biotech or pharmaceutical environments.
• Experience supporting product launches and/or rare disease markets preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations related to market research and data usage in pharma/biotech.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
• Exceptional data storytelling skills with expertise in translating insights into impactful presentations and recommendations.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
• Experience managing external vendors, including negotiation, scope management, and performance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range global forecasting models and scenario planning to project adoption, access, and revenue.
• Synthesize inputs from market research, CI, and analog data to validate projections.
• Guide strategic planning, lifecycle management, and commercial assessments for pipeline opportunities.
• Collaborate with commercial ops and finance on annual planning and forecasting.
• Provide executive-ready insights to senior leadership for decision-making.
• Represent CI and insights at key congresses and internal stakeholder meetings.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytics frameworks to enable data-driven decisions.
• Educate stakeholders on data tools and governance to drive adoption.
