Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Technical Service experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor Inside Technical Service Engineers.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Commercial teams to drive growth and resolve complex challenges.
• Serve as a senior technical resource for key customers on projects and issues.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D and Operations to improve product performance.
• Drive quality initiatives and ISO compliance, supporting audits and continuous improvement programs.
