Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to own product's role in inorganic growth, partnering with Corporate Development to validate opportunities and drive diligence across product and technology.

You will build playbooks, lead cross-functional teams, and scale a durable capability that informs acquisitions, partnerships, or investments with clear, decision-grade evidence and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with corporate development or M&A experience.
• Experience leading product diligence on inorganic transactions in MedTech or healthcare tech.
• Strong market sizing, pricing, and business-case skills.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Leadership in building or leading high-leverage teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead PDO's contribution to business cases for acquisition, partnership, and investment opportunities.
• Run rapid opportunity screens with structured blinded customer discovery and sizing.
• Lead product and technology diligence on active transactions and translate findings into valuation risk and integration.
• Design and run evaluation pilots with partners and customers, translating results into decisions.
• Deliver sponsor-quality points of view on product-sponsored opportunities on deadline.
• Assess portfolio fit and own input to integration planning.
• Coordinate intake between Corporate Development and PDO with clear prioritization and dates.
• Build the team: define, hire, and lead inorganic/partnership specialists; hands-on until hires land.
