Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. seeks a senior Product leader in Austin to own the product side of inorganic and partnership evaluations. You will coordinate product, design, and engineering resources across the organization to move opportunities toward clear decisions on schedule.

Ten-plus years in product management with direct experience supporting corporate development, strategy, or M&A from the product seat is required. Healthcare/MedTech experience and executive communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including support for corporate development, strategy, or M&A.
• Experience representing Product across deal lifecycles: acquisitions, partnerships, investments.
• Proven ability to synthesize product and tech diligence into decision-ready insights.
• Strong leadership in small, high-leverage teams or readiness to build one.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and technology diligence on inorganic transactions, including architecture and roadmap fit.
• Drive evaluation pilots and structured customer discovery to inform decisions.
• Develop sponsor-ready viewpoints on product-sponsored opportunities for executive reviews.
• Coordinate with Corporate Development and Market Intelligence to move opportunities toward decisions.
