Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is seeking a strategic, high‑impact operator to lead the Innovation portfolio’s most important projects. You will coordinate fundraising efforts, shape program strategy, and work with senior leaders and funders to scale impactful health programs globally.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of experience, an MBA or equivalent, and a proven ability to move fast in Ambiguity while using AI tools to enhance output.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑stakes projects from scoping to execution across CHAI’s Innovation portfolio.
• Coordinate fundraising efforts and manage funder relationships for priority programs.
• Structure program growth plans, operating routines, and senior hiring.
• Prepare materials for CHAI leadership, funders, and partners and ensure follow‑through.
