Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) seeks a results-oriented professional to help build a lean business development and partnerships function that powers donor engagement and CHAI's strategic funding relationships.

You will map priority funders, craft compelling pitches and investment cases, brief the CEO for donor meetings, and stand up AI-powered tools and a donor CRM to surface insights and coordinate outreach.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of work experience in fundraising, development, strategy, or high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to develop proposals, pitches, and fundraising materials for senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build AI-powered workflows and implement donor-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Research and map CHAI's priority funders and prospects; identify opportunities for funding.
• Develop donor pitch decks, proposals, and investment cases translating CHAI priorities into compelling asks.
• Prepare the CEO and leadership for donor meetings and key external engagements.
• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered tools and a donor CRM to track relationships and facilitate outreach.
