Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Director of Technology Program Management for Infrastructure Products & Services in the United States. The role leads a TPM team, drives cross-functional initiatives, and partners with senior stakeholders to deliver a data-driven product portfolio roadmap.

You will shape strategic plans, manage budgets, and advance process improvements across IPS, ensuring scalable, high-impact outcomes for global infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business strategy or operations within a tech-focused enterprise.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team, ideally globally distributed or remote.
• Proven track record of delivering complex programs in the product lifecycle at pace.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, and data analytics.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance project management and efficiency.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional enterprise projects and coordinate efforts while ensuring milestones are met.
• Oversee the TPM team and key initiatives with major dependencies.
• Distill complex issues into clear, actionable decisions for leadership.
• Serve as liaison to ensure stakeholder and business alignment at executive levels.
• Develop and maintain TPM environments and roadmaps for portfolio delivery.
