Responsibilities

• Oversees installation, adoption, and support of clinical, research, admin, and financial software.
• Manages project teams, staffing, performance management, and training.
• Leads IMS department initiatives and contributes to KPI achievement.
• Participates in IMS management meetings and escalation on call.
• Ensures alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
