Physicians Data Trust is seeking a supervisor for the IT & IS department to coach, train, and motivate staff, ensuring timely completion of duties. You will liaise with a 3rd party IT vendor and oversee IT-related needs across the company.
The role demands five+ years in healthcare, strong management and communication, and the ability to handle multiple projects with independent judgment while using excellent English skills.
Salary Range: $85,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually
Primary Purpose:
Perform supervisory duties such as coaching, training, motivating, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews of assigned departmental staff in order to ensure accurate and timely completion of all departmental assigned duties. Identify & Manage company IT & IS-related needs, act as a liaison, and provide oversight of 3rd Party IT Support vendor.
