Concord Hospital Health System is seeking a department manager to oversee daily operations under the director. The role covers operational, financial, clinical performance improvement, program development and patient care outcomes; the manager serves as the primary resource for staff and coordinates with other departments to promote quality programs and services.

Under the general supervision of the director, the manager is responsible for the daily management of the department. This includes, but is not limited to operational, financial, clinical, performance improvement, program development, and customer relations and patient care outcomes. The manager is the primary resource person for staff. Responsibilities also include collaboration with other departments of the Hospital to assure development, promotion and maintenance of quality programs and services.
Four years of formal training or education in specialty or related specialty beyond the high school level (e.g., Bachelors Degree).
2 years progressive supervisory experience. Minimum of five years of experience in the implementation and management of financial information systems. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team as well as be a team member.
