Job summary

University of South Florida seeks a dynamic leader to head the Center for Career & Professional Development’s Industry to Campus Connections program. You will supervise the Industry to Campus Connections team and collaborate with the Center’s leadership to align employer activities with university goals.

You will oversee employer engagement across local and national partners, create recruitment policies, manage sponsorships, and help design immersive programs and talent events that connect

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of related exempt-level experience, including 5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience leading a team, project, program, or function.

Responsibilities

• Engage with employers to connect USF students and alumni.
• Lead and coordinate employer engagement initiatives with local and national partners.
• Oversee policy creation, sponsorship opportunities, and data reporting.
• Plan and operate campus events, career fairs, and employer summits.
• Collaborate across units to expand external partnerships.
