Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Director in strategic planning and continuous improvement of employer engagement and outcomes.
• Lead employer relations, experiential learning, and career outcomes data efforts.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to expand internships and employment opportunities.
• Oversee career services technology platforms, posting standards, and data practices.
• Represent the unit to employers, campus partners, and professional networks.
