University of South Florida’s Center for Career & Professional Development seeks a leader to strengthen employer connections and campus collaborations. The role drives employer engagement, events, and partnerships to connect students and graduates with opportunities across Tampa and the university system.

Reporting to the Director of Industry Connections, you will oversee a Coordinator and work with cross‑campus teams to align programs with strategic goals, foster trust, and ensure effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum of four years related exempt experience, including two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building and communication skills to engage employers, faculty and staff.
• Experience with career services or employer relations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with key employers, faculty, and staff campus-wide to promote program offerings.
• Plan and execute immersive programs, talent recruitment events, and external engagements.
• Lead external partnerships, employer relationships and signature programs across the university community.
