Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Dallas is seeking a Director of Category Management - Indirect Procurement to own MRO, travel, utilities and packaging spend. You will lead a small team, collaborate with multiple business lines and drive scale into cost savings, service and resilience.

You will shape strategy, run sourcing events, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships with scorecards, and guide Source-to-Pay implementation.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or category management.
• 5+ years in indirect categories (MRO, utilities, travel, packaging or facilities spend).
• Experience managing $75M+ in category spend.
• Proven negotiation skills & experience with distributor or integrated supply models.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay systems, spend analytics & supplier scorecarding.
• Strong stakeholder management & the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple sites & business lines.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Shape the multi-year category strategy across MRO, travel, utilities & packaging.
• Lead sourcing events, negotiations & contract strategy.
• Drive utility procurement strategy, including energy contracts and risk management.
• Standardize travel policy, program & supplier management.
• Manage tail spend, specification standardization & material consolidation.
• Own supplier relationship management with scorecards & executive reviews.
• Develop & implement company-wide supply chain standards & governance.
• Lead CoE & PMO programs with data-driven insights for senior stakeholders.
• Coach & develop a team of 3 and drive continuous improvement.
• Support ESG supply chain requirements and M&A diligence.
