Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Five or more years of progressive data and program evaluation experience.
• Previous supervisory experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Expertise designing and implementing evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with mixed methods data collection and analysis.
• Proficiency with data management systems; nonprofit case management or CRM experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with SAS, SPSS, GIS, Tableau, Qualtrics, or SurveyMonkey.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong project management, including budget planning and timeline management.
• Knowledge of data equity principles and collective impact frameworks.
• Ability to engage executive stakeholders, funders, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Build evaluation culture and capacity across UWGC and partners.
• Design and implement evaluation plans and tools using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Develop data sharing agreements and protocols for secure information exchange.
• Own and maintain a research agenda supporting Community Impact work.
• Translate complex data into accessible insights for funders and leaders.
• Lead data collection instrument design and instrument improvements.
• Manage data systems, including quality control and reporting.
• Mentor staff and manage administrative aspects of research and evaluation.
