• Data Quality Assurance – provide leadership to ensure QA standards for education and assessment quality, including OSCE data tracking.
• Strategic and Operational Leadership – oversee the Wood Simulation Center and Standardized Patient Center, develop and implement a vision and strategic plan.
• Personnel/HR processes – supervise staff, recruit, hire and lead staff for operations.
• Financial oversight – manage budgets, contracts with simulation vendors, prepare cost estimates and invoicing data.
• Coordination of Curriculum Design – collaborate on instructional design and curriculum development for simulation training.
• Strategic Direction – contribute to long-range simulation planning and support departmental simulation centers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
